EXERCISE THROUGH FUN

It has been mentioned countless times before either by your doctor, your overly enthusiastic P.E teacher from school or just that nagging voice in your head that wants you to burn off your excess energy into something that is fantastic for your body and mind. Exercise, even the word itself, often brings a feeling of dread. The effort required to burn off a packet of crisps is surprisingly high.
